By using or purchasing from cremaitalia.com, operated by Crema Italia, LLC, a Florida
limited liability company, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do
not use the Site.
Who we are
Crema Italia, LLC, 17716 Royal Eagle Ln, Lutz, FL 33549, USA. We import and sell
roasted whole-bean coffee from independent Italian roasters.
Products
All coffee is sold as roasted whole bean. We do not grind to order and do not offer
pre-ground coffee. You will need a grinder. Product descriptions, tasting notes and
roaster stories are provided in good faith and are descriptive rather than guarantees
of individual taste.
Roccia subscriptions: automatic renewal
Roccia is a subscription. Please read this section before subscribing.
- When you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically
on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- You choose the delivery frequency: every 4, 6, or 8 weeks. We charge you once per
cycle at that frequency.
- The amount charged each cycle is the price of the coffee you selected, less your
subscriber discount, with shipping free. The price is shown before you confirm and
in every order confirmation email.
- There is no minimum commitment, no signup fee, and no cancellation fee.
- You can skip a shipment, swap the coffee, pause, or cancel at any time from your
account. Cancelling stops all future charges and shipments immediately.
- If we ever change the price of a subscription, we will tell you before the change
takes effect and you may cancel.
Ordering, pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. We may refuse or cancel an order, including
after confirmation, in cases of pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or
unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Crema Italia name, logo, brand assets, photography and written content are owned
by Crema Italia or used with permission from our partner roasters. Roaster names and
marks belong to those roasters.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and the products are provided as is, except as expressly stated in our
Return and Refund Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability
for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be
resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date below shows the most recent revision, and
continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
